Securely pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, cables, and documentation to ensure a valid return.

Affix Shipping Label

Print your prepaid shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
